YMCA Cornwall is looking for dynamic, motivated people to join its Board of Trustees, to bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to our organisation and develop out vision for the future.

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individuals with expertise and experience in one of the following areas:

• Housing
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Fundraising

The present Board includes retired and working-age people with a range of work and life experiences. Some have prior knowledge of trusteeship whilst for others YMCA Cornwall is their first experience of a governance role. We can provide training.

Board meetings are held four times per year at our Penzance offices and there are opportunities to sit our sub-committees.
