Catering Chair or Assistant

We run an event  from 12 noon on Saturday  27th May to Sunday 28th May where a member of each teams walks throughout the 24 hours.  During this time we invite the public to attend and we have music and stalls for people to get involved with - all raising money for Cancer Research UK.  We are looking for someone who could help with coordinating the catering for the event where we provide cakes and drinks during the daytime, a meal eg hog roast or similar Saturday evening and breakfast on the Sunday morning.  Also we would also welcome any other people who would be prepared to come and assist at part of the event with simple cooking and /or serving etc.
