Chair for Board of Directors

Endelienta Arts is looking for a new Chair for its Board of Directors to oversee this lively and successful charitable company. Endelienta Arts has been successful in establishing a thriving year-round arts programme at St Endellion and in North Cornwall. The new Chair will work with the Artistic Director / General Manager and the board of directors to sustain the high quality of its programme and reach new audiences.

The organisation supports Cornish writers, musicians, and visual artists. At the same time, it looks outwards to bring performers from further afield to enrich the local culture and to experience the special qualities of St Endellion as a place. Ideally, its Chair needs to live in Cornwall; if not, they need to be close enough to be able to be visible to the Endelienta Arts community and to experience first-hand the quality of its events. The Chair should be prepared to serve for a period of four years, renewable for a further four years, involving usually 4 full board meetings per year.
