Driver for Blind Shooting Club

About the role

iSightCornwall's blind shooting club (BUGS) are looking for a NEW volunteer driver. The route includes picking up in Perranporth and Truro, then driving to St Austell Rifle Club. BUGS (Blind Using Guided Sights) are a blind shooting club using acoustic feedback to aim. The members shoot in National and International competitions.

The specifics 

• The club meets weekly on a Wednesday  
• Between the hours of 12'noon and 3pm you'll be at the club
• During the club you're welcome to join in!
• We are ideally looking for someone who lives in the Truro, Perranport and surrounding areas

What are we looking for?

 • Use of a car and full UK driving licence

 • Enjoy driving

• Punctual and reliable

• Good communication skills

 • Warm and friendly manner

What's involved? 

• This can be a flexible role, making occasional journeys or a regular driving commitment.
• Agreed mileage costs will be reimbursed
• We will need to complete a DBS check for this role.
