Role description

The mid Cornwall Branch of Parkinson's UK runs various activities across the mid Cornwall area including a monthly drop-in in Wadebridge. This provides vital support to so many people in the local area who are affected by Parkinson's. We need volunteers to take on responsibility for running the group and to join our great team of volunteers.

In Wadebridge, the Mid Cornwall Branch's drop-in is a core part of the local Parkinson's community. Joining as a branch volunteer means you will be too - meeting new people and building new relationships.

You could be putting the kettle on, to give a warm welcome to new group attendees, or making sure the group activities run smoothly - and all activities are open to you too.

Local groups across the UK are run by volunteers and offer friendship and support to people living with Parkinson's and their families and friends. The friendly faces and warm welcome provided by branch volunteers means attendees get the most from the group, with the activities on offer running smoothly.
