Role description

Our vision is that we live in a world where everyone grieving is supported, respected and understood. We help people through one of the most painful times in life – with bereavement support, information and campaigning.
We are looking for people to join our Client Responder teams. Our Client Responders are highly motivated, passionate and professional. Everyone’s experience of a bereavement is different. Grief can be overwhelming. As a Client Responder, you will be the first point of contact for people who are grieving.

You will receive in-depth training and build on your current skills and experience. With Cruse, you will be supported to do structured assessments with new clients. You will capture how someone is effected by their grief and helps us understand what support best fits the bereaved person’s needs.

Joining someone at the beginning of their grief journey is a privilege and a challenge. Being a Cruse Client Responder is a highly rewarding opportunity.

If you are interested in supporting clients on their first step with Cruse, we would love to hear from you.

Our next training course starts in November 2022
