Role description
Volunteering
Volunteers are the lifeline of the charity and the unsung heroes of our community. We are always looking for new volunteers to help us continue our work.
If you can spare a few hours, we would appreciate your help to support and make a difference to local people.
We currently have vacancies for:
- Reception* - Taking orders and answering general enquiries
- Kitchen duties* - making hot drinks/loading dishwasher
- Café/Front of House* - (waitressing and checking café customers are happy
- Drivers – transporting people to medical appointments using the Concern Wadebridge vehicles with a 20-mile radius and/or delivering mobility scooters and wheelchairs.
- Fundraisers – Do you have time to help organise events or collect prizes? If so we’d love your help and to hear your ideas!
*Reception, kitchen and café shifts are Monday-Friday and either 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm or 2pm-4pm.
