Ecology, Sustainability, Organic Vegetable growing

We are a One Life Eco Community on the Lizard, designated "A Place of outstanding Natural Beauty"..  This is a Community where people can come and enjoy being in Nature, in the companionship of others' endeavours, and find best ways to pool our skills and ideas to move forward into a more sustainable future, for the Planet, and for Future Generations. We are aiming to create opportunities for the local community to participate in the potential that these 48 Acres offer, and also supporting the value for the local wildlife, that is part of the Wildlife Groundswell initiative.

Volunteers will be helping with the basic planning and expansion of vegetable growing, as well as maintenance of the ecology, such as keeping gateways clear, maintaining and pathways threading through the various micro ecologies, and tending to the many young trees planted; the work is flexible, and open to discussion, and we recommend a phone call to arrange a visit first, or a phone call for more information if needed.
