GENERAL DONATIONS ASSISTANT

Your local Community Recycling Hub are seeking Volunteers to join our team in assisting with the day-to-day operations.

Community Treasure Chest CIC - Liskeard”s Community Recycling Hub has a variety of activities available for volunteers to support us in. From sorting stock & preparing donated items for sale to providing great customer service to our donors and customers and raising awareness to our local community - we have something to suit most people’s interests. 

Our shop is a great place to learn new skills and share existing ones. 

Here is just one of the roles we have available. 
 

GENERAL DONATIONS ASSISTANT: Activities available will include helping behind the scenes with a small team or on your own.

You will be in the sorting area, preparing donated stock.

This will include checking items ensuring they are working and in a clean useable condition, researching and pricing items and maintaining a clean and organised working area.

Why we want you: No two days in our shop are ever the same. From the exciting donations that come through our door, to the wonderful customers who shop with us, our shop is ever changing. But one thing that never changes is that we need volunteers to help us to spread the power of kindness and help fulfil our work in the local community.
