Are you able spare some time to support Liskerrett Community Centre?

Owned and managed for the community by the community, the Liskerrett Community Centre is a busy, friendly and vibrant multi-purpose community resource providing a wealth of opportunity, a wide range of services and activities, and a meeting place for people of all ages.

Liskerrett rely on volunteers to keep the centre open each day, they support with the daily activities and vital services that take place in Liskeard. 

Whether you’re highly organised and able to adapt quickly to changing needs, or simply eager to give something back and be part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re currently looking for volunteer support in the following areas:

• Supporting groups with refreshments and setting up tables/chairs/equipment
• Admin support in reception area
• General maintenance outside and inside
• Event support 

What’s in it for you?
All volunteers receive role-specific training at no cost, so you’ll feel confident and supported. Plus, for every 4 hours you volunteer, you’ll receive a £5 voucher to spend in The Hub Café — our way of saying thank you.
