Role: Online Sales Champion
Hours: Fully Flexible – just a few hours a week, whenever suits you
Location: Remote (with occasional visits to Merlin Neuro Therapy Centre, St Austell)

Looking for a flexible and rewarding way to support a local charity? Love selling online or keen to learn? This could be the perfect role for you!

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Online Sales Champion to manage our charity’s Online shop—turning donated items into vital funds to help people in Cornwall living with neurological conditions and neurodivergence.

This role is completely flexible and can fit around your existing schedule. We’ll provide full support to get you started!

What does an Online Sales Champion do?

As a volunteer Online Sales Champion, you’ll help us:
✅ List donated goods (clothes, books, homeware, collectables) on Online
✅ Manage listings, respond to enquiries, and arrange postage
✅ Keep simple records of items sold and income raised
✅ Promote items and support seasonal campaigns
✅ Reuse packaging and help keep our sales sustainable

Who would this role suit?

• Someone with a bit of time each week and a good eye for detail
• A confident internet user who enjoys online selling (or wants to learn!)
• An organised, independent person who enjoys making a difference
• Anyone passionate about supporting a local cause in a practical way
