Role description

We need help with Gleans to harvest vegetables and pack them, ready to be distributed to charitable food organisations across Cornwall and west Devon. Our gleans tend to take place in Mid to the far west of Cornwall - Newquay / St Austell to St Just!

We usually glean on Mondays and Tuesdays and would warmly welcome you.

You would need suitable weatherproof clothing and footwear, some water and we supply cut-proof gloves, knives, packaging and refreshments.

Our gleaners are fantastic, kind, jolly and welcoming. Please email if you would like to hear more and we could then potentially put you on the local WhatsApp group so you are alerted to gleans in advance.

Note- we also have opportunities for fundraising and driving.
