Learning Mentor/Assistant for Montessori Group
The Role: Volunteer Montessori Assistant
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic volunteer to join our
team as a Montessori Assistant. You will work alongside a qualified
Montessori Guide to help young people aged 12-16 years engage in
Montessori activities and build essential life skills.
Responsibilities:
Supporting children during Montessori work cycles.
Encouraging independence and positive behaviour
Preparing, maintaining, and tidying classroom materials.
Modelling respect, patience and gentle guidance.
Ability to follow safeguarding and confidentiality procedures.
Willingness to learn and take direction from staff No previous
Montessori experience required - full guidance provided.
Requirements
Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in supporting children's growth and development
Enhanced DBS check
