Adventure Festival Volunteer
As a volunteer, you'll become part of the team that helps bring the festival to life. Volunteer roles vary and may include:
- Welcoming festival-goers and helping them check in
- Issuing wristbands and providing event information
- Traffic and parking assistance
- Supporting the festival shop
- Answering questions and helping visitors find their way around the site
- Assisting with festival setup and pack-down
- General event support wherever needed
The festival takes place from 23–26 July, with volunteers welcome to arrive from Monday 20 July and stay until Monday 27 July, depending on their role and availability.
Most volunteers camp on-site (please bring your own tent and camping equipment), although glamping accommodation may be purchased separately if preferred.
Volunteering is a fantastic opportunity to experience the festival from behind the scenes, meet a friendly community of fellow adventurers, gain event experience, and help create an incredible weekend for thousands of attendees.
Armchair Adventure Festival is a celebration of adventure, exploration and the great outdoors, bringing together inspiring speakers, travellers, authors, filmmakers and adventurers for an unforgettable weekend.
Whether you're dreaming of your next big challenge or simply love hearing incredible stories from around the world, the festival offers a packed programme of talks, workshops and activities. During your downtime, you can enjoy everything from paddleboarding, archery, yoga and tree climbing to an evening music programme featuring fantastic live bands and performers.
