Drivers & Minibus Drivers

About the Role

As a volunteer driver, you will play a key role in helping residents attend AA/NA meetings, appointments, and occasional trips out. Safe, consistent transport enables individuals to stay connected, build routine, and engage fully in their recovery journey.

What You’ll Do

• Drive residents to and from AA/NA meetings, support groups, and local activities
• Assist with occasional group outings and therapeutic trips
• Provide a calm, respectful, and supportive presence during journeys
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all passengers at all times
• Work alongside staff to ensure schedules run smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• A full, clean UK driving licence (category D1 required for minibus drivers)
• Confident, safe and responsible drivers
• Friendly, patient, and non-judgemental individuals
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Reliability and punctuality
