🌿 Join the Friends of the Rec! 🌿

Are you passionate about gardening, the outdoors, and keeping our community green and welcoming? We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us care for Princess May Recreation Ground!

We need helping hands for:

- Gardening – planting, weeding, and maintaining green spaces

- Painting – freshening up benches, fences, and park features

- Digging & Strimming – keeping paths and play areas safe

- Litter Picking & General Maintenance – keeping the Rec looking its best

- Event Stewarding – supporting our fun community events

Most activities take place on weekdays, with occasional weekend opportunities for events and projects. Whether you're a keen gardener, love hands-on work, or simply enjoy spending time at the Rec, we'd love to hear from you!
