Retail Team Volunteers - Newquay Charity Shop
CHARITY SHOP VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED
We are currently finalising the lease on a brand new RSPCA Cornwall Branch Charity Shop in Newquay. We hope this will to open next month, and in anticipation of this we are looking for volunteers to join our Newquay shop team.
RSPCA Cornwall is an independent charity registered Branch, who own and run the Venton Rehoming Centre near St Columb, from where 100s of unwanted, neglected or abandoned animals are found new homes every year. The Branch also run various animal welfare programmes throughout the County, including cat neutering vouchers, microchipping and animal welfare education services to schools and youth groups.
All money raised to support our self-funded Branch, stays in Cornwall to directly support our work in the County, helping animals in need from Land's End to Launceston, and St Ives to Saltash!
Retail or volunteering experience would be helpful, but full training will be given. Volunteers will be needed to help set up and organise the shop, in preparation for opening. Once up and running, we will also need help to receive and sort donations, prepare and maintain the retail area and serve shop customers. If you feel you could spare a few hours every a week, please apply and we will forward you a volunteer application form.
Please note, this post is voluntary only, and does not attract a wage, but you will be rewarded in knowing you have directly helped animals in need in Cornwall.
Thank you for your support for RSPCA Cornwall Branch

Volunteers are required to have an account on the website to complete this form.
