Role description
The following is a brief outline of what the job entails:
1) Current manager is on site 2 days per week. It is not necessary to be on site every day.
2) At the start of the season (April) – source, order and price stock. Re-order stock throughout the season as necessary.
3) Keep staff updated as to any changes in procedure e.g. till operation, pricing etc.
4) Banking and associated paperwork. Keep check on levels of change in till.
5) At end of season (October) stocktake and pack away stock. Close down shop for winter (closed) season. Produce final figures for monies and visitor numbers for report to Trustees committee.
