Role description

We are seeking applications from people with a passion for libraries, and knowledge/skills relating to any of these areas: collection management and conservation, governance, building management, IT/Digital, marketing, fundraising and partnership working. Our most urgent need is for someone with experience of buildings management, but we would like to meet anyone who feels that being a trustee might be for them. 

Organisation Information

The Morrab Library in Penzance, situated in the glorious Morrab Gardens and overlooking the sea, is Cornwall's only independent library established in 1818.  It has around 900 members, a small operational staff and a team of around 70 volunteers.  Its trustees are fully active and committed to the community, conservation and educational goals of this Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
