Role description

Be the friendly face that makes someone’s day.

As part of our Visitor Experience Team, you’ll play a vital role in welcoming thousands of guests to Eden. You’ll help greet visitors at the Visitor Centre, take group photos, answer questions, direct people around the site, and support light tasks like litter picking and cleaning signage to keep our spaces beautiful.

Every conversation, every smile, and every moment of helpfulness adds up to an unforgettable day for our visitors.

This role is most active between Easter and October half term, and during our magical Christmas lights experience.

If you love people, enjoy being active, and want to spread positivity across the site, this is the role for you.
