Volunteer with Cornwall Mind
We couldn't lead our fight for mental health in Cornwall without our amazing volunteers. They play a huge part in everything we do, and we are very proud of them.
We rely on our volunteers to help us deliver our services and support our day-to-day work and we want to expand our team!
Volunteering is a real opportunity to make a difference to people's lives. We offer a wide range of roles and you don't need any previous experience.
We need help to run our wellbeing groups in:
- Bodmin
- Bude
- Camborne
- Liskeard
- Looe
- Newquay
- St Austell
You'll be working alongside a staff member and supporting people to engage in the group and improve their wellbeing. Some of our groups are once a month, some are weekly.
What’s in it for you?
In return for your time and effort we offer a supportive volunteering environment, the opportunity todevelop skills, access to ongoingtraining, and we pay out of pocketexpenses.
- The opportunity to gain experience of working as part of a busy team.
- Full induction and on-going training.
- On-going support and supervision in your role.
- Experience of working in the charity sector.
- The opportunity to learn new skills.
- Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses.
- Cornwall Mind commitment to a healthy workplace and equal opportunities.

We're a charity and couldn't do what we do without you!
Volunteering can also benefit your wellbeing. If you're interested we'd love to hear from you.
