Are you a friendly and organised person looking to make a difference in the St Ives community? Join the Edward Hain as a Meet & Greet Volunteer! In this sociable and vital role, you'll be the welcoming face of our organisation, providing excellent customer service and support to visitors and staff. This is a meet & greet 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist – offering a warm welcome and treating all visitors with dignity, respect and warmth.
• Manage the front desk area, keeping it tidy and welcoming and making sure visitors sign in (where applicable).
• Ensure that we obtain feedback from all service users.
• Distribute informational materials and assist with events as needed.
