Role description

We are currently looking to fill several voluntary positions at Bosence. If you would like to contribute your skills and time, we would love to hear from you if any of the following roles are of interest.

You can view a job description by clicking on each of the links below:

We offer flexibility in terms of the time you commit, you’ll therefore be able to choose the hours and days most suitable for you. In many cases our volunteers have multi-faceted roles which may be comprised of several of the above positions.

Our volunteer programme is very diverse, so you’ll have the freedom to focus on what interests you most. Bosence is set in 22 acres of beautiful Cornish gardens, meadow and woodland and operates an ecotherapy project which is an intrinsic part of the treatment we provide.

Our ecotherapy programme aims to encourage people to spend more time in nature, learn more about it and live more sustainably. Activities relating to this area of work include: Horticulture, conservation, forest bathing, wildlife monitoring, creative writing and drawing. You can read and find out more about our Ecotherapy and Horticulture project by clicking here.

Volunteers at Bosence will have the opportunity to meet new people in an incredible location, acquire new skills, improve physical fitness and share existing skills.

Bosence is a truly unique place where people have the space to explore their own self-development in a supportive environment – we all have fun along the way.

If you’d like to apply for a position, or have an informal chat in the first instance, you can contact Bosence’s Land Manager and Horticulturalist by sending an email to: Noah.Puddifoot-Hall@Bosencefarm.com

Should you wish to proceed with an application, we would also ask that you complete our Equal Opportunities form.

We look forward to hearing from you and can’t wait to meet you.
